To access the full 10500 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
Identity verification is required before you can make any deposits or withdrawals. 10500 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time for compliance purposes.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is subject to the selected payment method. All deposits must be made through verified payment channels only. 10500 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or digital wallet providers.
Fund Withdrawals
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same account holder's name. You are required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed. 10500 reserves the right to request additional documentation for transactions exceeding certain limits.
Any attempt to carry out money laundering or suspicious fund transfers will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be closed immediately.

The platform is not liable for any service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, network outages, or actions by third parties.
Account Suspension and Closure
10500 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:
- User violates any term within this document
- Account used for fraudulent or illegal activity
- Information provided during registration is found to be false
- Suspected money laundering activity
Users may close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure once verification is complete.
